Relationship

If you happen to be looking for answers to some of life’s most difficult questions, if you are looking for a church to begin to call home, or if you simply would like to further your knowledge of Christ, you are at the right place.  First Church would love to help you develop a relationship with Christ.

One of the best ways to begin your relationship with Christ is by attending our services throughout the week. At our Midweek Experience on Thursdays at 7:00 pm, we offer a teaching service where we focus on different Biblical principles or subjects.  On Sunday mornings, we have an inspirational service at 10:00 am.

There are children’s programs Thursday evenings and Sunday mornings for children ages 2 – 12, youth service on Thursdays for ages 12 – 19, and nursery care for babies 9 months – 2 years old at all services.

Home Study Groups

If you’re new to faith, just checking it out, or coming back to church after some time away, a Home Study Group is a great place to start.  It is a 12-week conversational small group environment where you can explore faith and experience community.

Baptism

The Bible teaches that baptism is part of the New Birth process. People often have questions regarding baptism: Why should I be baptized? Does it matter if someone is sprinkled or dunked? Am I ready for baptism?

Membership C.L.A.S.S.

If you are new to the church, or if church membership is what you’re looking for, we encourage you to check out Membership C.L.A.S.S.  First Church Membership classes are designed to help you KNOW, GROW, LIVE & SERVE,  that is to know Christ, to grow in Christ, to live like Christ and to serve with Christ.

The first membership C.L.A.S.S. – 101 – is an opportunity for you to find out more about First Church and how to continue (or start) your relationship with Christ.
Membership C.L.A.S.S. is offered several times each year.

Community Groups

If you want to grow in your relationship with Christ, you’ve got to have intentional relationships with people who have the same goal – and community group is the ideal place for that.  Community Groups provide a place to CARE for one another as well as GROW spiritually through meaningful relationships and the study of Biblical principles.
